Our water is 5 years old and we had never had a tune-up. We had had a great experience with Dutton Plumbing previously so we contacted them for a service. Josh did the tune-up and flush. He also us advice on how to care for our water softener. He was prompt, professional, and efficient. Scheduling is easy and I like that they will text to avoid playing phone tag. Great company!

We had gotten the name of Dutton Plumbing from Omalias Living and Outdoor Center where we purchased our ventless gas logs. Chelsea was quick to return phone calls and text. Josh and Sant came out and did the initial estimate, and we got a quick turnaround on that as well. After our logs arrived Josiah and Noah came to do the install. They suggested moving most of the items around the fireplace and brought extra covering for floors, couch and wall above fireplace. They first swept our chimney then installed the log set. They gave us a few instructions on how to operate the logs with the remote then they cleaned up and left. We had no issues, or complaints. They were polite and very easy to work with and we love our new logs! 😊

There are many positive words that I can say about Dutton Plumbing. The professional atmosphere that they provided for my family and our plumbing emergency was easily top notch. He was friendly, professional, and very detail-oriented when discussing the service and what to expect. Today, Logan and Josiah came out, on time, and got to work. Again, Logan went over everything, top to bottom, and communicated throughout the day where they were, what they were working on, and just generally kept me in the loop. Both men did a great job and got my water restored. Extremely satisfied both with the quality of the job and service I received while they worked. Definitely would recommend.

I’ve used Dutton Plumbing to install a new water heater and water softener, unclog a stubborn sink, and install an outdoor water spigot. They’ve met my expectations at every job and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Had a horrible leak from upstairs bathroom into downstairs ceiling. I called Dutton and they sent someone over within 24 hours. Gave me a few alternatives to fix the leak. Of course, I chose the lesser $$ of two evils....and problem was resolved. Their tech, Justin, was very knowledgeable in assessing the problem, discussing the choices in depth, and on top of that, was an extremely courteous and friendly young man. Oh....did I mention the charges were not as much as I anticipated? Great people, great repair job, and great service. I would definitely call them again.

We had Josiah out to do a repair last week. After completion, we noticed there may be an issue (nothing at all that he did incorrectly) and requested to have someone come back out to check. Our planned tech was not able to make it to us during the expected timeframe, but Chelsea made sure to get us another technician instead. Nic came out, assessed the situation, and made a couple modifications for us. He was done within an hour. He took time to talk to me about potential issues we may still have and what we can do to possibly remedy them without having to do more work. While most companies seem to be worried more about making more sales and charging more money, Nic was not. He was honest, fixed our situation, and provided helpful information to try saving money down the road. It's hard to find that kind of honesty these days. And very much appreciated!

I highly recommend the team at Dutton Plumbing. We have used them a couple of times for our plumbing needs over the years. Last year, a few days before Christmas, our ejector pump went out. Josh provided quotes for just the pump and replacing the old pit with a properly sealed new pit. There was no pressure, and they provided a very competitive price to tear out and install a new pit within days. They are a locally family-owned business who provide great service.

Josiah, Was very honest and helpful., he first diagnosed our issues then gave me an estimate for the services needed. When I approved all services to be done he stated right away. He put in a new toilet line stop & 1/4 inch nipple with a new escutcheon plate. Installed new toilet supply line then a new drain plug for the tub, which he had to go get cause he didn't have one on his truck. Josiah checked for leaks several times due to we live in a two story home prior to cleaning up and after cleaning up. Josiah even called back a little later and asked if I seen anything on the ceiling, ie leaking? I wasn't real sure so he stopped by real quick just to make sure it hadn't leaked. I really appreciate Josiah for going above the normal outstanding customer service and care! Great response and customer service

We had Dutton plumbing install a gas line for us under the house. It all seemed good until the gas company came to hook up the propane tank. The tank installer discovered a leak and we notified Dutton. They were here in under an hour and had it fixed. We are impressed with their speed and desire to have the gas system working safely and properly.

Dutton Plumbing did a great job replacing our bathroom faucet. Got a quote and appointment within good time. Replacement took some time but that didn’t bother me. Would use again.

My husband and I are SO happy we had Dutton Plumbing install our reverse osmosis system! Our TDS meter said our tap water was at 472 (gross!) Our brita was also at 472 (gross and surprising! - We thought we were drinking better quality water with the brita) and our RO water is at a 29. From the office phone contact to arrange for quoting the job (sorry I don't recall her name), Nick coming to the house to assess the job (adding gas lines for switching outdoor grill location) and Logan for performing the work, the staff were very client satisfaction focused, knowledgeable and clear about the job to be done and provided superlative service and work quality. Cost was very competitive (I got 3 quotes, one being twice the estimate of Dutton, without even figuring the new customer discount Dutton offered. I couldn't have been better treated for such quality work. Dutton truly provides fiduciary experience. Had a two different big name companies come out and tell me they couldn’t help me. Josh and his team walked in and said no problem. Went above and beyond, even traveled to Greenwood from Brownsburg to get what was needed to get the job done, same day, just to make sure we didn’t have to go another day without hot water. We just had Dutton Plumbing Install a Reverse Osmosis System in our kitchen and we should’ve done this years ago. We bought a TDS Meter to compare the city water to our new system. Our tap water measure 513 which anything over 500 (ppm) is the U.S. EPA’s maximum contamination lever. With our new system from Dutton we are at 17 (ppm)!!! This is considered ideal, drinking water, and the taste is obvious. Thank you Dutton for installing this the very next day after we called.

‘Exceeds Expectations’ sounds about right. As a new customer (now member) and novice home owner, wasn’t sure what to expect. Had a shower that couldn’t operate without gushing water behind the wall - two spigots that were corroded and need replaced. Recently my gas hot water heater stopped working and I arranged for Dutton Plumbing to take a look at it. It was determined that I had a couple options. I could attempt a replacement part or replace the unit. Mine was 13 years old so decided on a new install. This was done expertly and completed the same day. I would recommend Dutton Plumbing for this kind of service.

I fully recommend Dutton Plumbing after the work that they've done at my home. We called them for an actively broken hose bib (which was fully on with water). They got to us immediately, gave us a quote, gave us some options, didn't try to upsell us or say, hey, while I was down there, I noticed x,y,z also wrong. They quoted the job at hand and briefly went over their membership details with zero pressure. And it was actually because of that, the way they addressed our concerns without upselling us, that we did buy their membership as well. We were having a reoccurring problem with our kitchen sink clogging. Nothing has ever been found. We tried several companies. They would clear the drain, but the next year we'd have the same problem again. Dutton Plumbing was a little more expensive, but worth it. When your toilet is stopped up everything comes to a stop! Dutton Plumbing to the rescue! It was a cold, miserable day with a mixture of frozen rain and sleet and traffic was creeping on the streets. Late in the day I called Dutton Plumbing and told them about my predicament. They said they would try to work me in but no promises. Around 8:00PM a truck pulled up in my driveway and a man came to the door. Within a few minutes the toilet was unplugged, someone had flushed a wash rag down. The charge was very reasonable, particularly considering the hour and road conditions. We needed an inside main water shut off valve replaced. Our kitchen in the past had flooded due to a faulty faucet, and no way to shut off main supply other than me going to the meter at the street. I cannot stress enough , if you are the man of the home make sure your main water shut off valve inside the home works. And also make sure your wife or significant other knows where this shut of valve is. Dutton plumbing is not the biggest company but they can do the big projects and smaller projects cheaper, and probably better than most. The estimate was 40% lower then my other 2, also I got professional service and a gift card..I'm going to Logans 😊

Great experience with Nick at Dutton. I needed a toilet removed and the estimate was reasonable and he did it same day. I also had an issue with the shower and he showed me how I could fix it myself but due to lack of time on my part and the fact that the estimate was good, I just had him do it. I will be using them again for other stuff.

We had Josh do the evaluation and was very respectful and on time which is a huge thing for us. Day of repair Josiah is the tech that came out and he did a fantastic job from the beginning to end.
